  • Oversee all logistics from securing the venue, food & beverage to script writing and tech production

  • Secure speakers including talent, industry executives and experts in their respective fields

  • Sponsorship outreach and brand activation on-site

  • Write ad copy, develop all collateral marketing materials and oversee graphic design

  • Work with PR firm to craft the message and create talking points
